Our mission
A beacon of hope, shared with love
Founded by Charlena Griggs-Alston, Sparkle & Shine is a beacon of hope for those who need it most. We are devoted to building a supportive and spiritual community where women and men—especially those facing hardship—can find strength, healing, and purpose.
Through our dedicated support group for the less fortunate, we provide more than temporary relief—we offer lasting transformation. Our sisterhood and brotherhood-building activities foster connection, restore dignity, and empower individuals to rise above their circumstances.
